Kingsley graduated from University of Calabar in December 1997 with a BSc degree in Economics. He obtained an MBA in 2003 from Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State. In 2010 he travelled to the UK where he obtained an MSc degree in marketing from Edinburgh Napier University Scotland, United Kingdom.
Kingsley started his career with Firs inland Bank Plc in 2001 where he rose to become the Head of Marketing at Opebi branch by 2006. He headed aviation desk for a short before joining Ecobank Plc in 2008 as Head of marketing at Motorways Branch Ikeja, Lagos. He left Ecobank to further his studies in the UK in 2010. Upon his return in 2014 he worked briefly for Safe Trust Mortgage Bank Ltd and later Cooperative Mortgage Bank Ltd. He joined Metro Speed Group in July 2018 as Sales Manager for Metro Speed Property Development Ltd and was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer MPD in July 2019.
