Kingsley Iwekuba
Chief Operating Officer
Kingsley graduated from University of Calabar in December 1997 with a BSc degree in Economics. He obtained an MBA in 2003 from Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State. In 2010 he travelled to the UK where he obtained an MSc degree in marketing from Edinburgh Napier University Scotland, United Kingdom.
Kingsley started his career with Firstinland Bank Plc in 2001 where he rose to become the Head of Marketing at Opebi branch by 2006.He headed aviation desk for a short before joining Ecobank Plc in 2008 as Head of marketing at Motorways Branch Ikeja, Lagos.He left Ecobank to further his studies in the UK in 2010. Upon his return in 2014 he worked briefly for Safetrust Mortgage Bank Ltd and later Cooperative Mortgage Bank Ltd. He joined Metrospeed Group in July 2018 as Sales Manager for Metrospeed Property Development Ltd and was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer MPD in July 2019.
Sarah Fadeke Adeniran
Admin Manager & Business Marketing Officer
Sarah Fadeke Adeniran holds HND in Marketing, Purchasing and supply from Federal Polytechnic, Kaduna. She has Masters in Business Administration from International Business Management Institute (IBMI) Berlin, Germany.
She began her career as a Marketing officer at JK Carpet and Rugs Company in KANO. She also worked as a Marketing/ HR Manager at NARP50+ Nigeria Association of Retired people.
Sarah Adeniran currently works with Metrospeed Group as Administrative Manager/Business Marketing Officer for the growth of the business. She has excellent skill in Managing both people and resources.
Aimola phyllis
Marketing Admin Executive
Phyllis obtained her Higher National Diploma from Federal Polytechnic,Auchi in marketing.
She started her career as a marketer with Metrospeed Group. She is currently the marketing Administrative Executive for Metrospeed Property Development Limited, Abeokuta branch.
She has a vast experience in marketing of real estate properties, goal driven and target oriented as well as a team player.
Adisa Francis Peter
Civil Engineer
Adisa Francis Peter holds a Higher National Diploma in civil engineering from Polytechnic Ibadan Oyo State Nigeria.
He began his career as an engineer in static engineering consult Oyo state. Later hired as a contract engineer in Popham Walter Odusote Architecture Engineering and project management to execute one of their World Bank public school building projects in Abeokuta Ogun state.
Adisa Francis currently works with Metrospeed Group where he functions as a Chief Engineer. He has an excellent skills in planning and the capacity to handle any type of construction.
Oluwaseun Shakiru Balogun
Sales Manager
Oluwaseun Shakiru Balogun obtained his National Diploma in Banking and Finance at the Polytechnic of Ibadan. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic.
He did his Industrial training at the Ogun State Housing Corporation where he worked in Auditing and Accounting department in 2005. He started his career at Sparklight Property Limited in 2011 where he worked as the Assistant HR. He also headed the logistic department and also assisted in marketing.
He currently works with Metrospeed Property Development Limited as a Sales Manager. Before then he did functioned in the different departments. He is a goal getter and he is responsible for achieving the company’s set sales targets.
Mirabel Monye
Company Secretary & Head, Legal
Mirabel obtained her LL.B from the University of Ibadan in 2010 and was called to the Nigerian Bar having attended the Nigeria Law School at Abuja where she obtained her BL in 2012. Her core areas of strength include inter alia Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Arbitration, Commercial law and Corporate Governance. Mirabel is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association; she started her career as a lawyer with Ezomo and Company, later with Afri-Juris Chambers, she is currently working with Metrospeed Group as the Company Secretary and Heads, legal.
She is a qualified versatile experienced lawyer, target driven and goal oriented; she is a good team member with an effective communication skill. Her desire for excellent performance brings out the best in her and in turn magnet colleagues towards achieving same result.
Adeboyejo T. Adetiloye
Chief Quantity Surveyor
He holds a B.Sc in Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is a probationer member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyor.
He began his Quantity Surveying career as a site Quantity Surveyor in Three O’s Nig. Ltd after obtaining Ordinary National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Federal Polytechnic, Ede in 2014-2015.
In 2020-2021, he worked as a freelance Quantity Surveyor for the Nigerian Army Engineers, Dodan barracks, Lagos.
He joined Metrospeed Group in March 2021 and served briefly as the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director before he was fully deployed to the Quantity Surveying department where he is currently serving till date.
Enebanmo Victor
Estate manager.
Enebanmo Victor O. Holds a Higher national diploma ( H. N .D ) in Business administration and management, from the Institute of management and technology Enugu and also a professional certificate in facility management.
He worked as a guard supervisor with kings guard security, then with C – Way group of company as a marketer under c-way foods and beverages. Victor also worked with satellite microfinance as a marketing executive.
Currently Victor, works with Metrospeed Group as the Estate Manager, before attaining this position he has effectively functioned in different departments within the company.
